  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • What materials are Champion Cabinets RTA products made from?
    Our cabinets are made from high-quality materials including solid maple wood, plywood, and durable hardware to ensure long-lasting performance.
  • How do I get a quote or place an order?
    Quotes and orders can be placed requested directly through our website. Simply select your desired cabinet color, upload your measurements for the desired space and add any additional comments on our "Get Quote" button on any page on our site and one of our expert Sales team members will respond within 24-48 business hours.
  • What is RTA (Ready to Assemble) cabinets
    A: RTA stands for Ready-to-Assemble. Our RTA cabinets come in flat packs with all the necessary parts and hardware for easy assembly.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept debit cards and major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
    Changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact our customer service team at 714-533-3335 as soon as possible to make necessary adjustments.
  • Can I see a sample of the cabinet finish before purchasing?
    Yes, we offer samples of our cabinet finishes. You can view our sample doors through our website or contact our customer service team via email sales@cabinetchampioncorp.com or by calling 714-533-3335.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
  • How difficult is it to assemble RTA cabinets?
    Our RTA cabinets are designed for easy assembly with clear, step-by-step instructions. Most customers find the assembly process straightforward and manageable with basic tools.
  • Can I hire someone to assemble the cabinets for me?
    Yes, Champion Cabinets offers assembly service for a fee. You can hire a professional to assemble the cabinets on site if you prefer. Many customers choose to use local handymen or contractors for this service.
  • Do you provide assembly instructions?
    Yes, assembly instructions are included with each cabinet.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns of undamaged products within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned with all included accessories, original packaging and unassembled in it's original delivery state. Please refer to our return policy page for more details.
  • Are there any items that cannot be returned?
    Opened assembled boxes, Custom orders, special-order, and Final/Clearance Sale items are not eligible for return. Please review our return policy for a complete list of non-returnable items.
  • Do you offer design services?
