Refund Policy

Refund Policy

1.    Condition of Items/Boxes: Items/boxes must be unopened and in their original condition as received at the time of delivery. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery. “MUST PRESENT ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES.”

2.    Measurement Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate measurements provided to DJJ Cabinets at the time of design quote and/or purchase. Any additional charges resulting from incorrect measurements is the responsibility of the contractor or customer.

3.    Special Orders/Altered/Assembled/Final Sale items: are NON-RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE… All sales are “FINAL” on these items and are sold “As-Is”.

4.    Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied to returns and/or exchanges.

5.    Merchandise pick up: Orders must be picked up from our warehouse within a week of order being processed and paid

6.    Stone Products: All stone products, whether natural or artificial, are non-refundable. Natural stone inherently varies; customers should inspect each stone carefully and address any concerns at the time of delivery.

7.    Wood Products: Wood products, regardless of finish, may expand and contract with changes in humidity and temperature. These changes are a natural occurrence and are not considered manufacturing defects.

8.    Returned Check fee:  NSF fee of $35.00 will be assessed to all return checks.

9.    Refunds: Refunds will be returned in the same method of payment received.

10. We reserve the right to modify and/or change this policy without prior notice.
